Send the exact amount
Copy the address into your wallet and send the amount shown. Send less and the order pauses for review; send more and the extra is yours to lose.
Wait for blockchain confirmation
You don't have to do anything. The order page updates automatically the moment the network confirms.
Delivery
Order page shows your accounts
The same page you're on flips from Waiting to Delivered. Check this page — we don't send email.
Copy, save, or destroy
Copy puts them on your clipboard. Save downloads a .txt. Destroy wipes the page so nobody else can see it.

My crypto is slow to confirm?
Every coin and network has its own pace. See confirmation times by coin → for what to expect from yours. The order page updates automatically when the confirmation lands.
I sent less than the amount?
The order goes into review. A real person looks at it and either delivers anyway or asks you to top up. Watch the order page.
I closed the page and can't find my order?
Sign in with Discord and open My orders. Every order is there as long as you haven't destroyed it.
An account doesn't work?
Open Support and send us the username within 24 hours. We replace.
